Matt Chiappetta Scholarship

Scholarship Criteria

• SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS CLOSED
• Open to 6th - 8th grade students
• Applying for the scholarship requires the following:
• A completed Application
• An Audition
• An Interview
• Applicant may bring an OPTIONAL song to sing at the audition
• Scholarship Applications will be distributed throughout local schools

• Prepare a scene from one of the following shows:

• Perseus: Perseus/Andromeda
• The Snow Queen: Kai/Gerda
• Whistleville: George Hirst/Robin Brennan
• Auditions will be held at Ben Franklin on Wednesday, March 26th, 2008 from 7 to 9 PM
• PLEASE NOTE: Students who audition must also be prepared to attend a dress rehearsal for the Matthew Chiappetta Memorial Scholarship Concert on Monday March 31st, 2008 (6 - 8:30 PM) and the actual concert on Wednesday April 2, 2008 (7 PM). The winner of the scholarship will be announced by the MCMS Committee at this concert. The money raised from this concert will fund the Matthew Chiappetta Scholarships..
