Matt Chiappetta Scholarship

Scholarship Criteria

• Open to 5th - 8th grade students
• Applying for the scholarship requires the following:
• A completed Application
• An Essay
• An Audition
• An Interview
• Applicant may bring an OPTIONAL song to sing at the audition
• Scholarship Applications will be distributed throughout local schools

• Prepare a scene from one of the following shows:

• Perseus: Perseus/Andromeda
• The Snow Queen: Kai/Gerda
• Whistleville: George Hirst/Robin Brennan
• Essays and forms are due by Friday, March 4th, 2011
• Interview/Auditions will be held at Ben Franklin on Saturday, March 5th, 2011 at 3:00PM.
• The winner of the scholarship will be announced by the MCMS Committee at the Memorial Concert, Monday, March 7th at 7:00PM. The money raised from this concert will fund the Matthew Chiappetta Scholarships..
