Heidi Xethalis began her journey at Crystal Theatre, went to BADA via Cornell University, spent a decade on the small screen, (As The World Turns, White Collar, Law & Order CI), on the big screen (Confessions of a Shopaholic, The Oranges), on stages (The Desire, Pieces), and then landed as a yoga and wellness expert. A mom of 3, founder of  CrossFlow Yoga, co-host of Off The Gram Podcast,  Dr. Oz collaborator, creator and producer of Microsoft Yoga, and wellness expert for multiple publications and platforms. Rated one of the: Hottest Trainers in America by Shape Magazine, and most inspiring yoga teachers in the world by DoYouYoga, Heidi always attributed her ability to connect with so many through yoga to her theatre roots.
