Meet the team behind "The Last Days of Judas Iscariot"!
Brian J. Bianco (Yusef El-Fayoumy)
Brian has been Curtain Call’s Education Director for nearly twenty years. He’s worked professionally as an actor, director, designer, scenic artist, and stage manager, and his resume includes Stamford Center for the Arts, Long Wharf Theatre, Lambs Theatre, Bridgeport Free Shakespeare, National Theatre for the Performing Arts, and Radio City Entertainment. He was most recently seen at Curtain Call as Prof. Ted Scheider in Disaster, and The Mysterious Man in Into the Woods (2022), The Old Man in A Christmas Story, Martin Heyman in Social Security, and John Barrymore in I Hate Hamlet (2019), Norman Bulansky in The Boys Next Door (2018), and Tateh in Ragtime (2016). He’s also been seen as The Chairman in The Mystery of Edwin Droodat Town Players of New Canaan, and Vanya in Vanya, Sonia, Masha, and Spike with Small Town Players in Armonk (2015). He sends love to his beloved wife Donna, his grandsons Rory and Ryder, and his poozah Eddie, and prayers for peaceful and positive resolutions to global differences.
Katie Carriero (Gloria, St. Monica, St. Matthew, Simon the Zealot)
Katie Carriero is a local stage manager, rarely actor, sometimes director. She's excited to have had the opportunity to work with this amazing team on this production. She's currently writing the sequel to this play—The Last Days of Madonna: A Rebel on Trial—so this was great research. Thanks to Mat and Neil for their tireless work.
Eric Dino (Satan)
Eric Dino is thrilled to reprise the role of Satan in Last Days and work with this incredible cast. Favorite theatrical roles include Mitch (A Streetcar Named Desire), David Sarnoff (The Farnsworth Invention), Wilbur (Hairspray), and most recently as Father in the TPNC production of Eurydice. Along with theatre Eric has many TV and film credits to his name. Having studied with Uta Hagen and Ed Morehouse at HB Studio in New York in the early 90’s, Eric took time off from the business to raise 2 kids. Thanks always to my wife Melissa and kids for their support.
Patrick Duffy (Butch Honeywell)
Patrick reprises his turn as Butch from the production of LDoJI with the Vagabond Theatre in Bridgeport. His most recent appearances have been The Manhattan Project’s Alice in Wonderland(Town Players of New Canaan), The Curious Incident of the Dog In the Night (Crystal Theatre), A Joyful Noise (TPNC), and ART (Wilton Playshop).
Neil Flores (Stage Manager, Pontius Pilate)
Neil is a stage manager who just can’t seem to stay backstage or in the booth. Recent SM credits include Fiddler on the Roof (Curtain Call), Puffs (TPNC), The Gondoliers (Troupers), and, in a sense, Tootsie (Curtain Call). Outside of the theater, he is a concert organist (CAGO), choral conductor, and graphic designer. Thanks to the entire cast and crew for their many hours of hard work on this show, and especially to Mat for providing this incredible creative opportunity.
Adam Fuller (Assistant Stage Manager)
Adam is a freshman at Fairfield Warde High School. He is very excited to be working on this as his fourth show in crew after working as assistant lighting designer on A Christmas Carol at Black Rock Theater, as well as Rent, in the same position, also at Black Rock Theater. He is very grateful for this opportunity. He would also like to congratulate everyone involved in this production and thank his parents for getting him where he is today.
Peter Green (St. Peter, Freud, Caiaphas)
Peter is a performing artist who has been making community theatre all over Westchester and Fairfield counties for almost 30 years. He was an early graduate of SUNY Purchase’s acting conservatory, and a member of The Medicine Show Theatre Ensemble. Most recently he directed The Manhattan Project’s Alice in Wonderland for the Town Players of New Canaan. Thanks to Mat for this invitation to come play!
Zoe Guaman (Bailiff, Matthias, St. Thomas)
Zoe is so excited to be here to be able to tell this story! She would like to thank Mat for giving her the opportunity to explore and play with the script. She is just super happy to be part of something she enjoys doing. She would like to also thank the cast for making this such a fun and creative experience. She hopes you at least enjoy the show a little bit.
Jonathan Hall (Judge Littlefield)
Jonno is excited to be returning to Crystal Theatre to work under Mat Young’s direction once again. Most recently he played several characters in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime. Previously he has acted in two Lawnchair Theatre Shakespeare productions and the Darien Arts Center’s production of Baby: the Musical. He is thrilled to be working with such a talented cast and creative team and is very grateful to Mat for giving him the gavel of Hope!
Alexis Hoffman (Costume Designer)
Alexis Hoffman (she/her) is thrilled to be a part of Crystal Theatre’s production of The Last Days of Judas Iscariot! Currently, she is a senior at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City where she is majoring in Fashion Design with a triple minor in Psychology, Film and Media, and Latin American Studies. Now she travels the tri-state area costuming productions such as Kate Hamill’s Dracula (2024), Eurydice (2024), and Resonance (2024). Erin Ring-Howell (Henrietta Iscariot, Loretta, Mother Teresa)
Erin Ring-Howell, soprano, has enjoyed concert and operatic engagements throughout New York and the surrounding area, with organizations including New York Opera Forum, New York Lyric Opera Theatre, New York Opera Theatre, Delaware Valley Opera, Lighthouse Opera Company, and Amici Opera, among others. In recent seasons, Erin was seen as Alice in Falstaff, the title role of Iolanta, Erste Dame (Die Zauberflöte), and Marguerite (Faust), in addition to concert performances with Delaware Valley Opera. Other roles include Contessa Almaviva (Le nozze di Figaro), Tatiana (Eugene Onegin), Rosalinda (Die Fledermaus), Micaëla (Carmen), the title role in Maria Stuarda, The Witch (Hänsel und Gretel), Fiordiligi (Così fan tutte), and Gerhilde (Die Walküre). Erin holds a Master of Music degree from the University of Washington.
Lynnette Victoria (Cunningham)
Lynnette Victoria is making her first appearance at Crystal Theatre. Past performances include The Thanksgiving Play (Alicia); Five Women Wearing the Same Dress (Georgeanne); The Road to Mecca (Elsa); Glengarry Glen Ross (Williamson); Educating Rita (Rita); Hamlet (Ophelia); Lord of the Flies (Simone); Beau Jest (Sarah); The Crucible (Abigail); among others. She wants to thank her tribe - tried and true and new - for their love and support. And a huge thank you to Mat - for succumbing to peer pressure. 😊
